DLC - Content Installed but not usable, cannot find in purchase history.

I've got some Fable 3 DLC which I've just tried to use. I purchased this content a few years ago, but cannot find it in my purchase history. I am currently staring at the content on my hard drive, so I am not sure why the game is not accessing the data
for use in game. I've gone through my purchase history, but cannot find anything from the period of time this item was purchased. I am quite sure that my credit card has been changed since this purchase, is it possible thats why it is not in my history?

Can anyone tell me why my dlc pack that I downloaded does not work. I uninstalled it and installed it again but I cannot seems to find any of the content on the game.

forza 5 day 1 car pack

Installation stopped and gave code 0x87df2ee2. After receiving some help on another thread. Add on content says installed but I still cannot purchase DLC cars for in game credits. Instead it gives me purchase options using real cash. I'm getting pretty
frustrated with this issue.

Everything you've ever purchased should show in your download history. If it doesn't, that usually means it was purchased with a different account. If that is the case, it sounds like there is a license issue.

I've never used another account to purchase anything. And what I meant about the purchase period, there are zero purchases in my history for a 6-8 month period surrounding the date this item was downloaded.

If you own the physical disc with the DLC's, the DLC's are not added to your account's purchase history.

"Borderlands: For all editions, DLC comes included on Xbox One. For the Game of the Year edition, accessing DLC doesn’t require you to insert the DLC disc on Xbox One. Only your purchased DLC, however, will be usable on Xbox 360."

If you already have redeemed that dlc content under your account you will find them under game management - ready to install content or by checking your download history.
