4 games that need to be on backward compatibility

These 4 games I feel should have already been made for backward compatibility.

    Crackdown & related DLC

    Crackdown 2 & related DLC

Dragon Age: Origins & related DLC

Dragon Age 2 & related DLC

It's time to stop the side scrolling madness that has currently plagued the backward compatibility list, in favor of more MMO type games.

If you enjoy these games, let's get them on backward compatibility. Thank You!!!

Go to your games and apps go to the game u want install the dlc for press the menu button then scroll down to manage game click on it and then it will take you to a hub there you will see all the dlc if it ask you to purchase I recommend trying from the
web on a different device like a pc, log into your live account and go to the game you want and check you have the dlc

  5. Hey there! I'm not sure how licensing works at all but is it possible that the DLCs are licensed for use on the Xbox 360 console only? I'd try again, calling support and trying to figure out of there's a legal way to transfer the DLC. If all else fails,
you may have to buy them again.

  6. Licenses as far as I'm aware are non-transferable between devices of different types, same as how theyr're non-transferrable between accounts.

However, under My Games And Apps, looks for The Witcher 2, press the start/Menu button, and go to view game. If the DLC is there, you can download it. If not, then the licenses currently do not apply.

Backwards compatibility is based off licenses, so if a game receives a greenlight, it does not necessarily mean the DLC will too.

Your best bet is to contact Microsoft and ask them if the licenses are there for the Xbox One as well.

Like I said thoug, check to see if you can download them through My Games And Apps and also check in game.

Sorry if this answer seems disapointing, it's up to the game developers at the end of the day, and sometimes, some decisions are not favourable.

  7. Hey, TRU! Licenses should be carried over for DLC, and most games that have DLC and have been made backwards compatible have their DLC backwards compatible, too.

What game are you inquiring about? This will help us determine if you should see it on your Xbox One or not. DLC COMPATIBILITY :)

Why doesn't the maps transfer from 360 to One?

The DLC content is transferable as long as the game is backwards compatible. Sadly, since ghosts isn't yet backwards compatible the DLC isn't either :/ I agree there should be some sort of exception with DLC

Borderlands GotY Editon Xbox 360. Add-On Disc not installing on Xbox One.

If I remember rightly, the backward compatible version of Borderlands had the DLC included in the game, so there was no need to install it. Hence why the DLC disc was not compatible.
  10. SpiffyCorpse Win User

Shivering Isle DLC disc on Xbox One

Considering that Oblivion is backwards compatible, all associated DLC should also be backwards compatible.
  11. Mister Gwyther Win User

French version of annihilation map pack

If they aren't compatible, they aren't compatible. You'd have to purchase the correct DLC to play it. Sorry for any confusion.
