    DLC codes not working?


    I've been having issues getting DLC/Season passes to download using the codes sent with the games. Digital game codes work just fine. When I enter in the code it acts like it's loading but nothing happens - no error code. I check the queued list and nothing
    appears. I've had this issue with games from different developers and different sellers.

    The first issue was with Battlefront 2. Tried multiple codes provided by EA. They eventually just gave me the DLC through my EA account. Nothing was done on my end. I logged in a few days later and the content was there.

    Now I'm having the same issue with Far Cry 5 - I don't feel like spending hours on the phone trying to figure this out.

    Has anyone had this issue before? Is there something in my settings I'm not aware of that could be causing?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble, Player385682481!

    To make sure, are you checking the add-on content for those games specifically, when you're trying to download that DLC? Add-on content wouldn't be listed under "Ready to Install" in the "My Games & Apps" section - you'll
    need to highlight the tile for the game that the DLC is for, then press the Menu button, and select "Manage Game" from there.

    Yep if you want access to uk dlc

    Btw polish dlc codes will not work on uk accounts nor will uk codes work on polish accounts

    Did you buy the games and dlc codes from the internet ?

    Dlc codes must match the region of the account for them to work
