    Hi there. First off all, use the link below to confirm that DLC's are present in your account

    account.xbox.com/.../MyGames

    If yes, just remove all accounts from console and re-enter with your account again. You should be able to download contente

    If no, contact xbox support for an investigation of a missing license/dlc

    Can disc installs run without the disc if you have a DLC code?

    The DLC code the op is referring to, he states, he wants to install a friends disc and use a DLC code to access the game.

    Dlc codes must match the region of the account for them to work

    Can't put the DLC codes into AC:B anymore since Ubisoft removed the code entry. lol. It's all included in the Da Vinci DLC.
