DLC Code simply not working (DA:I)

Discus and support DLC Code simply not working (DA:I) in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; And this is not the first time this happens to me. Pretty much every DLC code I get doesn't work.     DLC Code simply not working (DA:I)


    And this is not the first time this happens to me. Pretty much every DLC code I get doesn't work. Either be it directly from the game if I pre-ordered or on a receit from EB Games. Seriously what is wrong with Xbox Live? I thought that paying 60$ upward
    a year would give me online services that actually works? I mean I love my Xbox One but Live can be a real joke sometimes. I hope this gets fixed soon as i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one with this problem.

    Simply not working?

    I opted in on the "simply rewarding" offer, and bought Gears of War 4 for $69. I have still not received my 6000 points. When can I expect them to arrive?

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    I also received a pre-order code for DLC from Best Buy for preordering Dragon Age: Inquisition. I keep getting the error "Code not found" with the code SVC60017. Best Buy was even kind enough to send me a second code to try, and I get the same results.
    Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    I get the exact same error code, so i'm guessing the issue here this time is simply that the codes haven't even been activated yet?

    Just a heads up. I was having this same problem, last night, and all day today. I couldn't get the Gamestop code working from my Xbox One. But it looks like the issue is fixed now. My code is now accepted. Try your code again.

    Indeed it has been fixed. kind of a shame, I probably have better stuff by now but oh well!

    I see it but I don't believe it The A.C.:Brotherhood C.E. WOW

    Can't put the DLC codes into AC:B anymore since Ubisoft removed the code entry. lol. It's all included in the Da Vinci DLC.
