    I saw the widowmaker noir skin (which is a code) in germany to buy

    I live in France can I use the code or not ? Is it lock in a country (here germany) or it can be used in Europe or everywhere

    is the code can still be redeemed ?

    technically it should work as you are in the european region, i would research it a little more.

    Digital codes can be locked to regions so no you would not be able to use it, be careful buying codes from online as a majority are fake or region locked.

    some codes can be regionally locked, it's not advised to purchase content that offered via a different country.

    well thats a given

    prepaid dlc codes are region locked to the account region so if you get japanese code and you have an american account then it will be invalid

    blackops dlc in particular is region locked to the physical region and the region it was purchased in
