    "Fenix Rising" DLC Announced - Available January 17th, 800MSP

    Its new characters for everyone,the characters are modified slightly so you can use either beta cole or dlc cole for example. Everyone gets all the characters with the dlc.

    No you have to get the DLC, in the upcoming TU however you can use all the characters, even ones you don't own in Local Play.
