DLC cars needed to be rebought in horizon 3

has anyone had an issue with their dlc cars needing to be re-purchased even though they're in your garage and you've bought the season car pack? It says I need to buy the packs again. Anyone seen this??

What did they strip away? You still paid for cars with 4 and Horizon. The had car packs back then as well. Here they have given 3 free tracks plus a few cars. You have add on DLC for Horizon 2 you can buy. Just like DLC for other games. What is it they took
away?

 

Yes, I'm here because I'm seeing the same thing. The cars that were part of my Car Pass are now inaccessible and I'm being prompted to repurchase. When I select Car Pass I'm told that I have already purchased it, asks if I want to install it but nothing
changes when I select Install.

We need help with this now Microsoft...

 

I had this issue. I just had to log out of my account and log back in again then restart Forza and the cars were showing as free.
