DLC between two accounts on one console. Xbox 360 issue.

This sounds like a glitch and a strange one at that. My wife and I share the DLC for the Keflings game and neither of us have any issues playing it.

Perhaps try deleting the DLC, clear the cache, restart the console and then redownload it to see if that helps.

your playonline id is tied to your gamertag/console.

are you talking about one account,with two toons on it?playing one on the 360 and another on the pc?

or two seperate accounts,with you switching between the two on the 360?

Xbox 360 content can't be purchased on the Xbox One Store or the Xbox website with your account balance. The only way to buy 360 content with an account balance is via actual 360 console. You'll need a debit or credit card otherwise. This is a negative effect
caused when Microsoft switched from a points system to a currency one.

Yes, I know from a customer point of view it makes little sense, but the issue is a software one between the generations.

Unfortunately without a 360 console, you'll need a debit or credit card. If you do have a 360 or a friend who has one, use that to pay with your account balance. As long as you use the same account that you use on your Xbox One, the content will transition
between the two.

You can still switch between your 360 and One to play games and your account will be usable on both consoles, but none of your save data or games will transfer between the two

Let me repeat that: Any XBOX Live account can be used on any 360 console. There is nothing that binds a Live account to a specific console or set of consoles.



The only time the console matters is with respect to purchased DLC. DLC comes with two licenses, a console license and a gamertag license. The console license is bound to the first console that the DLC is downloaded to. That console then permits any account
access to the content. The gamertag license works no matter what console the purchasing gamertag logs into.



I own nine consoles. I can use my account on any of the consoles at any time. I keep my gamertag and game saves on a USB memory stick just so I can move it around to whichever console I feel like using.
