DLC and Compatibility Packs not working.

So I have read countless threads on here, and none of them are working.

I completely deleted all content for the game including the digital game itself, cleared cache, license transferred, re downloaded all the content, and tried to continue my games all of which had DLC. It just keeps telling my its not downloaded. I deleted
my necromancer and psycho saves because it forced me too. Started completely over after about 9 hours combined gameplay wasted between the two saves. It frustrated me so bad rage took over and I threw my xbox in to a wall. All DLC and other digital games work
fine, just not this one. I've tried everything, from every thread and nothing. Is it because I don't use Xbox 360 gold?

Ok so yesterday I got up and downloaded the new DLC and the loaded up the game and then I had to download the Compatibility pack to play on line right... But as soon it was done it still said I had not downloaded the new DLC or the compatibility pack or
even my mechromancer DLC.iv tried to delete the DLC of my harddrive and re-download them but still not working. After about 5 hours of re-download time it's still not working. I'm about to call Xbox to see if they can help me but I wanted to know if anyone
else has been having this problem.

after doing the following steps exo zombies still does not work

clear cache

power cycle xbox

power drain xbox

delete cod aw title update havoc dlc compatibility pack and reinstall all

still receiving the error a downloadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out and neither are true as i am signed in and have havoc dlc and the compatibility pack downloaded

xbox support is blaming activision and activision is blaming xbox ????

Its a little upsetting how much i paid for this game and the season pass for it not to work and to be told by xbox susport we are working on it we do not have a time or date it will be fixed but we are working on it

 

Hi TinFour! Check into "Ready to Install" section and verify that all DLCs are ready for download.

However, locate the game (visible in your library) and press the Menu button and after select "Manage game". You should find the DLCs installed for the game.

If you don't find them, it means they are not installed.

That would be for Xbox one. I'm talking about Xbox 360 sorry I didn't mention what console.

And all of my DLC is visible, I redownloaded it all in order as it was released. But I deleted the game itself about 4 years ago. I just redownloaded the digital game I own and all of the DLC and it's still just saying purchased but not downloaded. I actually
took my xbox to work to download it all again because I don't have internet where I live.

 

I've done everything twice over except license transfer, only because I just did it to try to see if it was that and that still didn't fix the problem. It can't be a DRM problem because if it was I wouldn't be able to play the downloaded game. So ruling
out license transfer, what could be the issue because my season pass doesn't register as downloaded either. And I deleted two DLC Characters because it says I can't play them.

If the DLC isn't being registered at all, the issue may come down to your current storage option. Are you using an external or internal storage device? If you're saving externally, try moving that content to internal storage to see if there's a change. Alternatively,
try downloading the content onto a different external device.

 

No external. I'm using an original Xbox 360 120gb HDD. The DLC for all my other games (digital and disk) all function properly. It's just Borderlands 2. I have redownloaded everything at least 3 times each trying and trying again. I can't seem to find a
solution. My DLC just won't register for this game. Another note too I've redownloaded threw the in game menu and through my download history. I'm really really stumped. I appreciate everyone trying to help though. None of these options seem to work, and I've
noticed this is a very common issue for borderlands 2. There is a lot of threads on this issue with this game.

 

OK, So to the bits I left out of the story.. (because I didn't think of it or think it mattered)

I'm just getting my Xbox 360 back from a friend who borrowed it for almost a year because I didn't have anywhere to live and they kept it for me until I moved in with friends.

My gamer profile was the only online (Gold) profile at the time so they always used mine.

going threw the character list I noticed what I though was a character they made and played.

It was a level 50 Assassin, so I decided to play it and power level my new roomie so he could in return power level my first original character.

SO!.... I start it up and realize it had 99,999,999 cash and 500 of the other credits, an all white alien costume I couldn't select from quick change, a weapon with 500,000 damage, oh and it keept asking me to select a game mode (unfamiliar to me to have
to).

I'm gonna just say it and assume this is a modded character somehow?

I am no stranger to modding games once I've pretty much done all I can do or got all achievements (
offline by the way), but this one I didn't create.

My question to you guys now is,.. will deleting the character possibly fix my disabled DLC, and or will it screw up my original (
Legit Saves) if i do delete it. I have already deleted DLC ones I was pissed I couldn't play anymore,
I really don't want to start all over again. I Know games like this use your saves to keep track of records and stuff and I don't want my other saves affected.

So I'm open for suggestions on this. NOTE: I don't have internet where I'm staying, so the only way I can update is when my Mobile Tethering is renewed and connect that way ( No Co-Op)

 

UPDATE!!

Wanted to add also none of the DLC shows up as purchased on the market via computer either, so I can't use the send to xbox 360 option. The season pass registers, but not the DLC.

I have the Psycho Addon, Mechromancer Addon, and the Season Pass Combo DLC, and few misc. DLC. like the assasin Costume Pack. noe show up at all.

 

Update Again!!!

I am getting really pissed off at this game now. Are the servers no longer available anymore or something? Because I deleted everything and I mean everything!!!! And bought " Borderlands 2: Game of the year Edition" installed the game (core) then installed
the content from the content disk ( took really long) and all updates and comparability packs. And low and behold!!!!
STILL NO DAMN DLC PACKS!

I don't understand what is going on here. Is borderlands 2 just no longer playable outside of the core game? Because I'm playing the game of the year edition and there is no option what so ever to create a psycho, mechromancer, or play the levels I just
installed......there non existant.

And I had to delete roughly 5 play through's now. The first save it made me delete because my assassin had the scarecrow pack on and the system believes I didn't have it installed when it's clearly right there on the hard drive "Assasins Madness Pack". I
need something here because I now own two copies of this game and two copies of all the DLC and still no functionality of any DLC and I'm pretty fed up with buying any more stuff for it to just not work.

The only reason I can think that caused the issues, was either the DLC portion of my save files was somehow corrupt, or the Digital DLC trying to be read was from another profile license no longer on my console.

Regardless, I have deleted everything and will start from scratch once I purchase a new copy of the game on my Xbox One I recently bought from a family member.

I figure, updated version equals updated servers and connections. So I will check out the handsome jack collection available on Xbox One.
