    DLC ALAN WAKE, URGENT, I ASK SOME OF YOUR ATTENTION!!!!‏


    The Signal DLC for Alan Wake is damaged, I download the DLC "The Signal" Alan Wake and when I want to play, I get an error message that says "The content could not be loaded because he is corrupt" I can do to fix it appears?

    Quantum Break bonuses not received

    Hello,

    I called support and they directed me here.

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break digitally thru my Xbox One and still haven't received some of the bonuses that I was supposed to receive. I only received 1 of the 5 items, Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

    I'm still waiting on the following items

    Alan Wake

    The Signal (DLC for Alan Wake)

    The Writer (DLC for Alan Wake)

    Quantum Break for Windows 10

    Is there anything I need to do to get this problem solved? I look forward to your reply.

    Hi Mate,

    You should be able to re-download it again. Maybe it just didn't install properly? Delete the content (Be careful not to delete your Save Files) and then go to "Download History" in Account Management area (Under Settings Tab). You should have an option
    to re-download it again.
