DLC Acting Like Never Purchased

Hi,

In 2012, we purchased the 'From Ashes' DLC for Mass Effect 3 on my father's account (DeathKappa), and I was able to access and play it on my own account twice.

In the time between then and now, we had to replace our 360, and moved all our accounts and updated the licenses on my father's (purchaser's) account.

Now, the console recognizes that the DLC has been bought under my father's account, but it is not available for anyone else to access and play (it shows up as purchased under his account, but under my account, it's listed as its price).

We recently redid the license transfer (once again under his account), and redownloaded the DLC twice, but this has not changed anything. On a related note, I also cannot access The Walking Dead Game episodes he's bought, either, though these should also
be console-wide.

What else should we try?

DLC for multiple games vanished...

The DLC multiple games have vanished like I never bought it. On mine and my boyfriend's account we so far that I checked Borederlands 2,Kingdoms of Amalur and Skyrim that DLC is gone....I reinstalled the BL2 DLC and it's wasn't there and the purchased Xboxlive
DLC shows as I never purchased it....it's not even showing in our download history....Anyone else had/have this issuse and what I can I do to fix it.....

 

Gears Of War 3 Campaign DLC Announced: RAAM's Shadow.

I've never purchased GoW DLC, but this one sounds like something I'd enjoy playing. We'll see what happens come the release date.

 

I apologize for your dilemma my friend! Please make sure the account is downloaded and has launched the games at least once. Also, make sure any season passes and such are downloaded. Make sure the licenses are transferred. If it still doesn't work for you
it's likely that the licenses aren't being shared because the publisher restricted it. Have a nice day!

 

The link below will explain how to do a license transfer. Be sure that your father follows the instructions. After the transfer is complete all he needs to do is redownload the content. There is no need to delete it first though as he is only moving licenses
to the new console.

After he does that you should be able to access the content on your account again without needing his gamertag signed in.
