Divorce - One child now two xbox families?!?

You most likely need to add the other account as a family member to your account. as far as i know, there's no ways to have 1 child account under 2 different adult accounts.

So, we had a fam. We had a messy divorce. Now we are sorta speaking. Child account is set up in my xbox family account now. Ex-spouse would like to create an xbox family with same childs account. Because hes a control freak and needs access to everything.
I am not comfortable giving him access to my family account because the payment info is stores there.

Can you put one account into two different families?

Dont know about the survey - but I have contacted support in the past and had the count reset early (my family is split across two households due to a divorce)

The family gold pack was designed for two adult accounts and two child accounts rather than three adults and one child or one adult and seven children. Hence you're stuck.
