Divison Agent Gear Set

I redeemed my "Division Agent Gear Set" for The Division and the content appears to be completely unavailable.

- The code was redeemed correctly, when i attempt to redeem it now says i has been used.

- I checked "manage game" and have downloaded all other content. The Agent Gear isn't present.

- I searched the Xbox Store and could not locate the content.

Please be sure not to bump older threads, as this was last posted in during March. This issue should be cleared up by now but if you're not seeing the items in-game you'll need to reach out to Ubisoft. Thanks for your patience on this.

Xbox will not have a response on this. I'm in same boat. Eventually something will get done.

 

I am running into the same issue. Entered my valid 25 digit code. Xbox store accepted it. Nothing downloaded... Isn't searchable. Can't access my agent origins dlc at all.

 

I also had the same issue, the content has been removed from Xbox Marketplace. There is no way to download it.

 

Experiencing the same problem, hope they fix it soon.

I redeemed the 25 key xbox live code I received from Ubisoft. I was unable to get the items in game. they were missing. I then uninstalled the addons to reinstall and try again, and I am unable to do so. I do not see them on the store or under my game when
I go to Manage the game.

I chatted with an xbox support agent and he told me to post here to get it replaced.

He does see the code on my account.

Why the xbox one doesnt have a download history is beyond me.....

This same thing happened to me. I redeemed my code but the skins never downloaded and tey do not show up anywhere. Please fix this!!

 

I was speaking to a chat representative and he told me to post here so moderators could review my account and re-credit the item. He confirmed that my account has the license for the item but it's missing.
