Division won't launch

Discus and support Division won't launch in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have The Division disc in the console and when I power up and go to launch from ANY part of the home screen, it just goes black and nothing happens....     Division won't launch


    I have The Division disc in the console and when I power up and go to launch from ANY part of the home screen, it just goes black and nothing happens. The only way I can get it to launch is by ejecting the disc and reinserting it. Less than ideal.

    Won't launch?

    My minecraft (on another friend's account) stopped working so I deleted then redownloaded it and when I try to launch it I get the error code 0x00000005. Any resolutions? Nothing I'm doing seems to work

    The Division is not a launch title, but definitely will be picking it up

    Division won't launch

    It is suggested before shutting down the console to remove the disc. From your post I see that you are leaving the disc in the console and the powering it up with the disc in. Try doing as suggested and remove any disc that is in the console before powering
    down. Good Luck!

    I leave discs in my console all the time when I turn it off and have never had an issue with it.

    Are you having this issue with other game discs too, or just this one? I would start with a full reboot of the console. Open the guide, go down to Settings, then Restart console. If your console is in Instant-On power mode (which I believe is the default),
    when you shut it down, it actually goes into a low power sleep mode, and sometimes rebooting will clear up any strange issues like this.

    If that doesn't help, I would next try removing and redownloading your profile. Make sure you know the email and password for your account, then go to Settings, Accounts, Remove account and delete yours. Open the guide, go up, then left to Add and Manage,
    and enter your information. Reboot the console again, and try again.

    If that still doesn't work, try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.

    It does only happen with the Division. Forza 6 started right up. I'll try the reboot and if that helps

    Other than the ones that are launching day one, I'l be waiting for The Crew to be released as well as The Division, Titanfall, Destiny, and Halo.

    The Division is not a launch title either, just saying. But like the others said, there are plenty of other titless at launch and there are plenty of good games still on 360. Dead Rising 3, Forza 5 and AC4 will make plenty of good times for me on launch.

    Can anyone from the gaming division confirm why you would build up such a library of games to buy digitally and not have these available on the new box. So instead of a launch of say 300 games we have a launch of 25 games.

    So...Division Beta "bundle" is a different download than Division Beta? Just asking, because I too, downloaded the "Division Beta" from my games list of items "ready to install" last night. When I went to launch the Beta this morning, it was asking for permission,
    "Do you own this game/app?" and asking me to sign in to Live. I suppose I'll look for this "bundle" when I get home from work.
