Division Underground

Hallo,

since today I could not play the Underground- Add- On from The Division. I have the Seasonpass and could play yesterday.

Can someone help me?

No access to Underground

I have bougt DIVISION Underground but I cant go to underground. I have been in underground but today it said that I needed DLC but why and why could I go in Underground before and not now?

Underground Division Explanation:

Underground Division is home to the trash talkers of Evolved Nation. This Division has it's own unique Creed(Rules) that allow the members to do and say as they please in front of its own members, and can trash talk, use racial slurs / swears to non members.
However they cannot abuse members of EN, nor trash talk them ect.

Respectful Division Explanation:

Respectful Division is home to the respectful members of Evolved Nation. All members must be respectful to all members of EN, and too all non members. If a Respectful member is playing with an Underground member, they must understand that the Underground members
can still say what ever they want in front of them. However Respectful Division can not join in and trash talk to "fit in". They must still abide by the Respectful Division's Creed at all times.

Hello Evil! So were you able to play it before today or is this the first time you tried to access it? The reason I ask is because you have to complete the game then finish the special mission after the end game in order for it to unlock. The mission to
complete is called Secure Quarantine Center. After you complete that mission and head back to the base of operations the underground expansion should be unlocked for you. Hope this helps!

 

Go to "my games and apps", find Tom Clancy's The Division. With the game selected press the menu button, and select manage. Do you see the DLC installed? In the left navigation go down to "Ready to Install." Do you see Underground? If so install it.

I had this happen to me. My account was also on my brothers kit over the weekend. He reinstalle a couple of DLCs after buying the game. My content was still there when I left but it seems he deleted it from his from my profile install showing him the game.
