division 2 update

I bought the season pass for the division 2, it did not install properly and I ended up reinstalling the game, now the 55gb update crashes at 96.7% this is on 2 different xbox one s consoles, wireless and cable also at different addresses, anybody know
why,

I contacted ubisoft and it was like talking to a piece of wood.

Hi,

this is a known issue and the problem is at ubisoft they are trying to fix the update but that can take a while so the best thing is to wait
