Division 2 stops installation at 97%

Hey everyone. I've been having issues with The Division 2. I've already tried twice to install it but it won't go further than 97.3%. Does anyone else have the same problem? And how can i solve it? I own a physical copy of the game.

Try installing it while you are offline, sometimes its the updates that interfere with the installing process. hope this helps.

I have tried every troubleshooting tip but nothing works. After a little search i did i found out that there is a problem with the update from Ubisoft. Thanks for replying.

Uninstall clear the cache and try to install again, maybe some corrupted file can correct and install without problems, strange because it is not the first person who has this problem with the installation of this game, good luck!

I am also having the same issue with The Division 2 on xbox one x.

I've tried clearing local saves and did a soft reset, but no luck.

I also tried letting the game install from disc first by selecting "update later". But it keeps stopping the installation at ~97% of the 50GB update patch.

Hi im having problems with my update on the division 2 I have tried 5 times now but it keeps on stopping at 97% and it keeps on stopping i tryed getting through to customer support but im getting nothing from them
