Division 2 install issues

Hi Guys.

Has anyone had problems installing Division 2?

I install the game and apply the update and it seems to install the game but when it asks to apply the update it stops at 97% and says we can't install this now try later. I have master reset,installed it offline, swapped the game disc at the store, reset
my Xbox, cleared my local games and spent 2 hours last night with an Xbox technician and no success. All other games seem to be fine i have played Black Ops 4 so no issues with game play. I have been through Xbox support thoroughly myself and with a Technician.
Has anyone else had this problem.

I am having the same problem. Ive deleted and installed 3 times now and still the same problem. Stopping at 97%

Issue is still ongoing. The latest update provided by Ubisoft was on the 27th in the same post linked above, but unfortunately they are still working to fix this issue:

"Hi Agents,

This is an update to inform you that the dev team are still investigating this issue. I can understand your frustration as you are unable to access the game, however I can assure you that this a high priority and we aim to fix it as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience. "

Hello,

Ubisoft is looking into this problem. It was a known problem with division 1 disc and the fix was to install base game offline and then go back online to add the updates, but from your post it sounds like you have already taken these steps. I hope they resolve
this issue soon. until then I suggest reporting your problem to ubisoft the more info they get about the problem the quicker they can fix it. https://support.ubi.com/en-US.

Do have a few questions to try and trouble shoot this with you again, I know it can be annoying but have heard of installing freezing some times and with you already going through support, am certain you might of tried this link. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/store/download-game-problem

But back to the questions, OK

1. Is the game digital or disc ?.

2. Are you using an external hard drive at all?. ( If so have you installing it on the internal instead?)

3. What other troubleshooting have you tried?.

If this is correct this would make sense so thank you for that input. Hopefully this is the issue but just not sure.
