Distorted contrast and video on all streaming services. Patchy audio.

There just is not a lot of 4k content out there right now (not sure why you think there is). And believe me, all these streaming services aren't delivering TRUE UNCOMPRESSED AUDIO/VIDEO 4K either. Your only good source for true 4k is going to be disc for
quite sometime. I still can't get uncompressed 1080p audio/video and I live in a big market with reliable cable/internet. PS- Apple TV/itunes is not streaming true 4k media either.

I have the same problem with Amazon video. It was working fine and then the other day the image started stuttering, but the audio continues and it isn't a internet problem. I found this on the help section related to the app:

"Also, check that your television is not performing additional processing on the image. On your TV, this is often called dynamic contrast, image enhancement, or clear motion rate."

I turned the dynamic contrast on my TV off just now and it appears to be streaming fine now so I'd recommend that. Good luck!

I'm having this same issue with Hulu and hbo go all other video streaming apps work fine but I cannot get video streaming to work properly. With Hulu it's video stuttering and with hbogo I have no video or audio. I've spent hours on customer support with
all aforementioned companies to no avail. Please can anybody help??

Hi, and welcome to the forum I'm not quite sure what kind of problem you're experiencing. Please take a look at this troubleshooter first. It takes you through the most common problems:

If it doesn't help you out, please post more about your problem. Do you for instance get any error messages? Is your picture distorted, or is there no picture at all? Hope you get it sorted out. Good luck

Can you try to change the A/V Audio/Video) cables to see if this makes any sort of difference?

Have you tried to use this same Xbox 360 on a different TV/Monitor to see if these distorted sounds continue?
