    Hello Friends,

    My primary goal is to improve the Xbox Live customer care experience.

    I am a combat veteran, a father, a college graduate, and a professional. As such, I feel I have a pretty good grasp on reality and a solid set of values.

    Anyone who has worked in any kind of professional business environment knows the value of customer feedback, the fact is undeniable. Sadly, since purchasing an Xbox One at launch it feels as if Xbox Live has attempted to take away the customers voice, preventing
    them from voicing their concerns regarding areas such as, customer service, policy enforcement, and quality of service.

    Now that "Xbox Live is more social than ever" or so we're told and sold, we are able to share thoughts and ideas regarding the service. Use your voice or you will surely lose it.

    if your account was stolen contact support and ask for an unauthorized access case not ms support

    Ms support has no jurisdiction over xbox support

    Keep in mind the account will be locked for a couple weeks while they investigate

    Don't share your account even with game share

    They do not need your password and should be changed anywys

    And how have you spent $1500 in five years, I'm assuming you bought brand new for that price tag, which I would assume means you also purchased extended warranties, etc... I mean, I feel you on the xbox being a little cantankerous (on my fourth or fifth
    as well, three covered by full replacement warranty), and that's why as the consumer we must protect ourselves when we can.

    You're just bummed 'cause your new one fried out and you don't (for some reason) have a warranty (too long, etc... there's logical reasons). No need to forget about all the good times with those dozens of games you had purchased.

    I think Microsoft should tell us if they are slowly dissolving the social side of Xbox by design, or by inadequacy.

    When customer service cannot tell us outright that there is a problem with functions on the activity feed, which has affected some people for six months, and is now affecting a sizeable number of people, then something is definitely going wrong. Microsoft
    appear to be unaware (improbable), or unwilling to do anything about the commenting and sharing situation. Either way, this shows poor customer service.

    It seems that MS are burying their head in the sand by not addressing these problems. What use is a voice when Microsoft don't even listen?

    Personally I've had various activity feed issues since the 22/11/15. Having called customer support on various occasions, I was always left none the wiser as to why without any obvious reason I found myself unable to like, share or comment for over 2months.
    Recently I am now able to like, share and comment once more, although I have no idea how. It didn't help being told by support that as a preview program member, (I'm not, I'd opted out), that my only course of action was to file a report via the preview dashboard.
    In effect, customer support refused to talk to me, or offer any other guidance. Having been a loyal paying customer for 8 years, I was certainly not impressed. Why the seemingly denial of problems that are widespread and widely reported..? Just very random
    in my opinion.

    As a long time proud supporter and fan of xbox/microsoft, I no longer feel proud. I feel ashamed. I feel ashamed bc your actions are not with the customers best intrest in mind. Your actions are lazy and with little ,if any postive results. I COULD go on
    and on but im not bc I feel my effort to do so would be rewarded with the same lazy answer I always get= we were unaware of this or we are working on it=. Eventually a time comes when paying for a service you dont ever fully recieve becomes pointless and one
    must move on. If you need an example of this go look on youtube. Countless world famous youtube gamers who have all brought a countless customers to Xbox no longer use the xbox live services. They are with sony. Like I said..I feel ashamed for you.

    a fix put out. I found a workaround which was just to turn the instant sign in off and then my alerts work just fine. And that work around worked for a lot of other people that had the same issue and then preview members had the update the other day and now
    the workaround no longer work but the problem is still there. Not exactly moving forward or covering yourself with glory Xbox. In my opinion you've released the system too soon for business reasons apparently before it was ready. One last thing myself and
