Dissatisfied with Xbox Live as of late!!!!

I've been with xbox since 2006 or 2007. The service has been borderline perfect until the last few months and have been having nothing but troubles. Getting disconnected in the middle of shows and games. Freezing up. Error codes. Won't let me watch videos
that I've paid to rent. etc.. just tons of glitches. I know it isn't my console because everything operates perfectly outside of xbox live. I'm as loyal as they come but am getting sick of all this crap. Lots of people pay lots of money for things to run smoothly
and am thinking of making the switch to Sony if Microsoft doesn't get their crap together!!! I hope a Microsoft rep reads this and if they don't that's just another reason why I should switch. Screw you microsoft*pending*

Gray Fog

It is a real shame.

Most of the paid/free themes I have and seen, even the latest ones, are full screen and this "gray fog" ruins them.

I'm very dissatisfied with the design and the lack of opinion to take it off.

 

Converting offline account to Live account

So, here we are, 11 days later. Still no contact as promised by the chat agent, still no transcript of the chat by email, still unable to even move the gamer tag to another account and try creating another one. And, most importantly, still no assistance
in converting an offline child account to a Live child account.

Really, really dissatisfied with the level of service all around. Anyone have any ideas on the next level to contact? This really needs to be escalated, particularly in light of the apparent breakdowns in the support system.

 

Starting to think the glitches are intentional because microsoft is too cheap to maintain the xbox 360 server now that they have xbox one 21st century NSA spy equipment out there. Don't forget the customers that helped you become the multi-billion dollar
company that is now turning unethical and globalist. Being catholic I probably shouldn't even be supporting microsoft at all knowing how much Bill Gates donates to planned parenthood, government education, and euthanasia programs abroad. I'd like to hear one
good reason why I should continue to be a Microsoft/Xbox customer.

 

I agree, I bought an xbox one on black friday, I haven't had a 360 in two years and decided to get back into video games because I missed online gaming and stuff... But ever since I got it I have been getting errors installing things, always getting disconnected,
Trouble with mic working, it takes me and my friends hours to get a party together on cod because we keep getting unable to join errors, communication with servers keeps getting lost. I have been spending more time trying to get things to work then playing,
and I have a good connection with a brand new xbox one console and accessories. I liked xbox 360 and already had a gamertag so I chose to go with xbox one but almost wish I got something else idk. I am not a super techy person, I just want it to work =(

 

I know it is not just me with mic/party/joining issues because me and my friends spend forever trying to join eachother and end up texting/messaging on fb with the same issues.

Everytime my mic stops working in game I have to hold for 10 seconds and reset my xbox and it will start working again, we have to do it many times a night.

 

Not had any of the issues mentioned apart from the odd party joining problem but a reset usually sorts that out.

If you think it's better on PSN then your in for a shock.
