dissatisfaction overall with xbox live and xbox one

I'm a tenured veteran when it comes to Xbox... From the original, through the 360, and now the one. I have 5 Xbox's in my home now, with two that went RRoD. and a Ton of games. Halo has been my reason for sticking with the franchise, and Destiny continues
that preference.

Yet now that I have my Xbox one, a CoD AW ZDE... I cannot believe how poor the overall user experience has been. Unable to download the zero day edition and play day zero, barely able to get it downloaded for day one. I've been waiting for the next generation
Halo edition to be an Xbox one before I purchased, only to find it's only available in Brazil. Waited in hopes of a Destiny edition only to find PS4 has one but not Xbox. Destiny kicks me off with random nonsense error codes constantly. I can barely get
through a mission anymore without being dropped. I swear certain conditions cause my internet to drop as it only happens when I'm playing, and never any other time. Party chat with long time friends cuts out. I lose audio from the games that I'm playing
from time to time and have to "quit" them to get it back. The TV passthrough fails about half the time, requiring a system reboot to get it to re-accept the feed.

Guys, I love this platform... but this is just unacceptable. This type of experience is going to drive people away from the product. I have two friends that have already stopped Xbox and Live to switch as a result of my peer groups experiences. I wouldn't
normally complain but this is just ridiculous... Based on the posts and service messages I don't see that I'm having a totally atypical experience. MS's Xbox team needs to step up their game and remind us all why we love to game on this platform, and start
with prioritizing and fixing these issues ASAP.

I'm still waiting for the contact information that I can formally file a complaint against @xboxsupport, xbox live service and oficially assert dissatisfaction.

Everyone has to pay 800 MS points. Doesn't matter how long you've been an Xbox Live member. I highly doubt you'll be given any leeway on the Xbox forums about your dissatisfaction with the price of a service they offer.

I am very sorry to hear about the issues. I would love to try to help you out with the issues you have been experiencing. Do you still have your Xbox 360? What is brand and model number of your router? Which error codes in Destiny have you been facing?

I don't think there is going to be a fix to the problems i'm having directly... I was expressing dissatisfaction with the overall experience in the first 48 hours of having an Xbox One. Venting if you will. MS needs to understand the user experience in
order to correct it. And I know of no better method to offer mine.

I do still have 4x360's still in the house (and my original Xbox for that matter), I had been using mine to play destiny waiting for the CoD unit to become available. I have a Linksys EA6900 router that the Xbox is wired to, not wireless.

As for error codes, it used to be zebra all the time... since the breakout of errors I've had a slew of others. They all repeat but not necessarily in succession (weasel, bee, marrionberry... i can't name them all. I will say I know that when i get the
marrion error it's because my cable modem dropped sync). But the rest seem to be totally random. It happened so much the other night i simply shut the thing off and went to bed. Not once since my first xbox have I ever been that frustrated with them.

In any case, I saw the feedback page, it looked like a place for people with new ideas on how to make it cooler. I'm not seeking that... I just want it to work as it's intended to now... never mind new stuff.
