    I submitted my XBOX one for a service request due to a disc read error I was receiving. I was very annoyed since I have owned the console for less than a year and I have already had a major issue with the system. I also had an issue with a Loose HDMI input
    port. This is very concerning since I do not want to deal with system failures in the future. I have been a loyal Xbox customer for the last 9 years (I have owned an Xbox 360 too). To have an issue with this system less than a year of owning it is completely
    unacceptable. When I owned an Xbox 360 I had multiple issues with that system, “The Ring of Death”, “Disc Read Errors”, etc. This illustrates that Microsoft has ignored past system issues.

    I sent in my Console for a Same Unit repair. I did it through the Protective Packaging through FedEx to ensure that my XBOX One got to the service center in the same condition as I sent it. I received my Xbox One today and I must say I am VERY DISSAPOINTED
    WITH HOW THIS PACKAGE WAS SENT! MY XBOX ONE WAS SENT IN A DAMAGED PACKAGE. This is very unacceptable! I have been so loyal to Microsoft yet my game console wasn't treated with the same care I did. This has made it very clear to me that I should NEVER BUY
    A MICROSOFT CONSOLE AGAIN! Microsoft products continue to be unreliable and you have made it clear that you do not care about your customers!

    I can't trust XBox is providing me the best user experience so I think it is time for my loyalty with XBox related products are over.

    Mad as hell about xbox 360 this year, smh.

    PSN is far from a "downgrade" to live. It's free and the apps on it, are better than the same apps on xbox live. i.e. Netflix, Hulu plus. I highly doubt he'd be dissapointed if he switched. Both are good services, just one happens to be free.
