    Dissapointed in Xbox controller quality


    my last 4 xbox one controllers have not lasted more than a few months and the last on i bought the build quality was no match to the quality a couple of years ago

    nothing seemed to line up the way it should and it just felt weak

    the bumpers wear very quickly and you limp on through games aching fingers trying to get the bumpers working correctly

    for the price they should be better

    im on to my 3rd controller this year including the one i returned after a week i now need another

    i cannot believe the thought of playstation crossed my mind but sometimes you need quality and when the quality starts to go then the customers go to

    still no reply. I need help on this now as i bought the controller and it is faulty.

    Dissapointed in xbox, it used to be so great

    Directv picture quality severely degraded when running through Xbox One

    After the recent March update thought HDTV picture would be improved. Not so the picture quality is total rubbish!! I will not run tv through X Box One and am therefore massively dissapointed..

    Need Support help

    I am realy dissapointed about the quality of your elite controller.

    The first one has lost the rubber pads after one year. It was out of guarantie. I bought a second one and now after one year and a half the same problem.

    I am realy realy dissapointed to spend so much money (more than 300 Euro for 2 Premium Controller) and to see how i waste my money.

    Is there any chance to receive some spare parts for this controller? Or is there another option to help me?

    So much money for this poor quality!!!!

    Got TGC this week for my new xbox one ... I doubt the clips on the developers website are on an xbox ... The picture quality is dissapointing ... Flickering and shimmer detracts from the actual game ... I ve been reading it's displayed on 720 p ... I'd assumed
    wrongly, it seems, it would be 1080 ... Next gen ??

    Quality Controller

    The pads, analog sticks and just about every other controller part is easily replaced with components you can readily (and cheaply) find online. I've never had a controller fail on me, but that's not to say they don't leave a lot to be desired. They're often
    unresponsive & the d-pads are a joke. For as ergonomically incorrect as the Playstation controller is, it functions flawlessly.
