    Ando very disappointed by the treatment of live to customers this morning I was looking at promoçao of live and realized that the WWE2k15 was still Promotional then decided to buy two Gif Card to buy the game coming home the game was not over promotion

    already I had a case where I bought Resident Evil and you guys charged me 3 times the value of the game

    Contact the media, and can never solve my problem'm live client to 3 years and only now with one xbox have had these problems

    NOTE'm from Brazil Brazilian support garbage

    UPS says they left Xbox One at door. Can Microsoft help track xbox one somehow?

    Im sick of MS and there total disregard to there loyal customers. Can never understand customer support workers. Always offer crap one month free xbox live knowing most of us have been live members from the beggining!! Wa@KERS

    Seriously all complaints are reviewed thoroughly? Mine was not and it appears the OP was not either.....Please stop making excuse for poor customer service. If xbox is going to terminate service customers have paid for they can at least take the time
    to address concerns and questions. Busy? There has not been a response or post in that thread in 6 days. I guess it doesn't matter, they got their money who care what customer feels like.

    Seems like the enforcement team has no business in customer service as their main objective is not the customer but rather the terms of service and code of conduct. It baffling how willing microsoft just disregards long time customers.
