    Gamertag: TS Echos Xbox One Console and Xbox 360

    My son was banned from Xbox Live. What do I need to do to get my account back and all my data back. (season Pass) All the money I have spend how will I be reimburse. Please help my son get his account back. Thank You Joanne C

    Once an account has been banned, there is no process for disputing this action.

    Disputing charges?

    They can ban you for fraudulent returns, which is why it's better to speak with them than to randomly do it. Chances are MS will issue you a refund. They've never declined me for a refund in logical situations.

    It is highly doubtful that your son will get the ban reversed. I assume it will be for some sort of cheating. Refunds do not happen.

    It's a sure thing the suspension won't be undone nor a reimbursement be issued. An investigative process is done by Policy Enforcement before the suspension is issued, and it would be because some section of the code of conduct was broken. The link in the

    Just to add,when an account is banned then you forfeit all remaining live time,dlc etc. as stated in the terms & conditions you agreed to when you started the account so you wont get anything back or be reimbursed.

    I hope you (your son) learned a lesson about following the rules. Millions of people use the service daily without issue...... Seems your son was unable to stay within the guidlines of use........

    I suggest you take to social media, see redit post here also, which claims microsoft is aware of the issue:

    Also since XBLPET is pretty much useless except for canned responses, gather all your evidence, printouts of your rep page, how many reports, any communications with xbox/support/xblpet and fill out this dispute form and mail it to Microsoft LCA Arbitration
    to dispute this.
