Disputed 4 months of fraudulent Gold charges, every game I've purchased on the card is...

If you have disputed charges on a Xbox order it's because either you, someone with access to your account or your credit card provider has flagged the orders a fraudulent. You should call your credit card company and discuss the issue. Once it is un-disputed
the purchase should go through.

If that's the case, you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the charges as it can be a fraudulent charge.

If you cannot get your money back from the seller then contact the website (most will have rules against selling fraudulent products) or your credit card company or paypal to dispute the charge (either one should have money back guarantees against fraudulent
products as well).

If you're sure that you or no one you know made this purchase, you may be a victim of a stolen card or fraud. Contact your bank to dispute the charges and prevent more charges. Tell them your credit card has been stolen, if you only dispute the charges, there's nothing to prevent the fraudulent charges from happening again.

Microsoft does offer way for you to try to identify who made the purchase. It will show a partially hidden or redacted part of the account name.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

Next to “Don’t recognize a charge on your bank statement?”, select Investigate.

If the card is not on your account, select Add a credit or debit card and follow the instructions to add the card to your account.​ Enter the card's security details and select Submit.​

Select the arrow next to the charge being queried to show detailed information. Look at the Microsoft account used information.
