    How do you dispute someone accusing me of inappropriate language and having an account suspended?

    I have to ask, why is there a topic for account enforcement while no one can contact anyone and no has any more answer that what is said on enforcement.xbox.com ?

    If we don't have this holy review case we are just suppose to wait with the evidences that could leads to a unbaned ? Is that how customers are treated ?

    I know most of pple around are ambassador, there is nothing mean here, just a deep incomprehension.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    If your account has had an enforcement action then you'll need to log into the link below with the affected gamertag and open a Case Review with the PET.

    Since the enforcement team was created, there actually hasn't been a forum specifically for enforcement issues. The enforcement website is the only place to find information.

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review so if one is not available, then all you can do is wait it out.
    This "team" is banning pple wihout giving them a chance to prove whatever and wihout any evidence (shown the one banned or sometimes wihout evidence at all) of unapropriate behavior, i got when i wanted that's great...

    Atleast ambassador still involve in the community. Thanks for answering even if you knew it was pointless.

    As per the ToS of Xbox, the ET is not obligated to show evidence of anyone's infraction of the rules for privacy and to avoid shaming of other community members to the said person. I hope that make sense to you.
