    Hi there, there is no appeals process for bans or suspension and you can only get a short description of why you were banned by posting here:

    hi. I don't understand why my account has been suspended. I had a 360. I have been away with the army a few years and now I am back and want to play my new xbox one it says I have been suspended. why?

    I don't understand why my reputation has gone down for "cheating" when i am just really good at the game i play. Also the block/report system is broken we need a prefer player option again

    I suggest you take to social media, see redit post here also, which claims microsoft is aware of the issue:

    www.reddit.com/.../got_issues_with_the_reputation_system_stuck_in

    Also since XBLPET is pretty much useless except for canned responses, gather all your evidence, printouts of your rep page, how many reports, any communications with xbox/support/xblpet and fill out this dispute form and mail it to Microsoft LCA Arbitration
    to dispute this.
