Tried turning my xbox one on this afternoon and the screen looked like this. I have since changed the hdmi cable, turned it off and left it for 20 minutes and tried resetting the console too but still get the same display issues. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey...You can try and unplug your HDMI cable from your 360 and tv,then blow on the ends to clear any dust etc etc? Then plug back in and try again.U never know?Recheck your settings on your 360 and tv as well be sure its all correct.

Do you have other game systems on your tv?Did they do the same?

Did you have a recent update? If so go into settings on your 360>Storage>Harddrive>Clear System Catche.

Try it out and comeback let us know if anything helped.Good luck

What I did to fix this problem was turn off Xbox, unplug HDMI cable from Xbox. Plug in component cable into Xbox and TV. Turn Xbox and TV on change the display settings on Xbox to 60hz. Turn Xbox off. Take out component cable. Reinsert HDMI cable. Turn
Xbox on, play Feeding Frenzy. Hopefully problem solved.

    cussingpirate,

Yikes, that looks bad. I have to ask, have you been able to try connecting your Xbox to a different TV or monitor? If you continues to see the problem using a different HDMI cable and on different display, then clearly something going on with the Xbox. At
which point I would recommend you "Contact" Microsoft Support directly.

Are you sure your TV supports 60Hz? PAL standard is 50Hz.

Please try the following, power the console on using the guide button on a controller, as the console boots up press and hold Y and the right trigger on the controller. This will reset your display settings and hopefully resolve your issue.
