    Hi everyone

    My question is that when you turn on your Xbox one you see the options community mixer store on the top of the screen horizontally but for some reason my my options showing in a vertical manner I just want them to be horizontally again not in a vertical
    manner so can anyone please help me thank you

    Are you sure your TV supports 60Hz? PAL standard is 50Hz.

    Please try the following, power the console on using the guide button on a controller, as the console boots up press and hold Y and the right trigger on the controller. This will reset your display settings and hopefully resolve your issue.
