Display problem (twice now...)

Hello fellow xbox forum users! I just happen to have a problem (wich I already had about a week ago), So I'd like to know if anyone knows the cause and if there's an easier solution than asking for a new system (again). The link to what I see in my tv: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

The case is I tried different TVs and different HDMI cables, also tried reinitializing the console but none of those methods work. When I had this problem for the first time I asked for a new system and when I received it everything worked well... For 2
days. Then the problem came back. The first time I had the console for 2 months before having the problem. Does anyone know what happens and/or if there's another solution than asking for a 3rd one and praying this doesn't happen again? Thanks for your attention!

P.S: The pictures are made in quick succesion to show the blinking/colour changing without having to upload a video, hopefully you get an idea

Display problem

I have a display problem on xbox one apparently the image is litter bigger than my TV, I tried to adjust it from my tv remote control but I cannot make the image smaller. My tv supports 720 and 1080 resolutions and the same i tried from xbox setting but
the image is about 2 or 3 inches bigger that the tv. If you anyone can help me that will be great. thanks

 

I'm thinking that there's an HDMI color issue going on.

Try this: Go to Settings --> Display & Sound --> Video Output

I left these settings mostly untouched, so here's my configuration:

• Display
  • TV Resolution: 1080p (this is the highest supported resolution of my TV)
  • TV Connection: HDMI (I'm only connected via an HDMI cable)
• Video Fidelity
  • Color Depth: 24 bits per pixel
  • Color space: Standard
  • Allow 50Hz: (Unchecked)
  • Allow 24Hz: (Unchecked)
  • Allow 3D: (Unchecked)

I'd especially play around with the "Video Fidelity" settings. This part could be the reason why you're getting weird colors. If you change a setting and your display goes blank, just wait a few moments and it will revert back to previous settings so you
can see again.

 

Thanks for your suggestion but the settongs where untouched from the beginning and at first everything worked but suddenly the system went back to the home acreen (with my first console I was playing the banner saga 2 when that happened, with the second
I was watching videos on youtube) I tried changing the settings for display after the problem but the sliding menu to choose definition for example is not appearing (or at least I can't see it)

Either way I'll continue trying to change video settings and see if something works, since I know neither the cable nor the TV are the problem since I tried different ones.

I l'm hoping someone had the same issue to know the cause specially, because I don't want to re-ask for a new system if it'll only last some days before doing the same. I'd like to know how to prevent it in case I ask another one.
