  1. Display problem a hardware issue?

Our XBox One has started displaying weird white pixels or "cracks" (almost like lightning strikes) across images and videos during use. It's as though someone did the magic wand tool on the screen and had the tolerance setting all wrong so that it left some
areas unaccounted while loading. We've checked all of the settings and connections. Does anyone have any advice on taking it apart and checking the internals? Normally I can find some kind of "how to take it apart and clean it/fix it" video on youtube, but
this time I can't, and anyway I wouldn't know what part to check. Does anyone know of a good hardware diagnosis site? Thanks for any help!

    :)

My Xbox 360 stopped displaying any sound. I tried a new cable too. Please Help!

I started chatting with an Ambassador. He told me that my console has a Hardware issue. I followed every step of the support page created for this (Audio/Sound). I turned off Display Discovery. It still didn't work. So now, I want to know how to fix this
problem! If It really is a Hardware issue, please help me!

    Hardware problem

Are you using an official MS headset or are you using a third party headset? If the latter, which brand and model?

    Display problem a hardware issue?

Does it do it during games? Try recording a clip and seeing if it shows up there too.

Are you using tge HDMI cable thag came with the machine?

Do you have the console plugged into the wall socket or into any kind of power splitter?

  5. We do not suggest you open your console for a repair, or even asking for advice for self repair. That will void any option for an official repair through Microsoft. If you would like to troubleshoot your issue without self repair, please post up a new thread
    detailing your issue again.

When i turn it onn there nothing but a dark red screen

Hi and thanks for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you and I'll be happy to help you.

A dark red screen on a console usually indicates a hardware problem or an issue with the display settings. You can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Examine the cables: Ensure that all cables are securely connected to your console and your TV or monitor. Check the cables for damage, fraying, or looseness.

    2. Reset display settings: If your console was recently updated or the display settings were changed, return them to their default values.

    3. Experiment with a different display: Connect your console to a different TV or monitor to see if the problem persists. If the problem has been resolved, it is most likely a problem with your original display.

    4. Check for hardware problems: If the preceding steps do not resolve the problem, your console may have a hardware problem.
