    Good afternoon, I'm just wondering why the display of my clock changes from the bottom to the top of the screen, depending on what time zone i put it at.

    I want it to stay at the bottom of the screen.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Xbox account service age missing.

    That xbox service is tied to xbox live subscription. If you decided to not continue Xbox Live service than the number of years will not display. It like a continous service clock.

    My favourite item is the countdown clock for the launch on the Xbox One in 2013 that was on display in a local EB Games store here in Canada. It's the little things that you can't normally buy that I value the most.
