display issue

Hello, I have a problem very annoying. In deed, when i switch my xbox one in 720p, I do not have any problem. But, when i switch my Xbox One in 1080p, i can see a lot of red line in my screen, especially when the color of my screen is dark. And sometimes,
my screen becomes black during two second, and then it comes back normal. I do not understand why there is this problem because I have a new very good screen : SAMSUNG C27F591 CURVE, and my HDMI cable is new . This probleme can come from port of HDMI in my
Xbox One ?

Display issue

My misses has somehow got a dialog box up in forza 6 that stays over everything but she doesn't know how she did it. I've been through every option and menu, pressed every button and can't get rid of it. The dialog box says Record Breaker, Chase Car, Kickback
with a number and line next to each.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this? It's only on forza not any other game.

No display at all now

Tried on SMART TV with component cable and on Monitor with AV cable

 

To narrow the issue down, try doing some testing if you can: -

1. Try a different HDMI cable.

2. Try a different HDMI socket on the TV.

3. Try a different TV/monitor.

If you try all of that and the issue still persists, it may be a GPU/hardware issue with the console itself.
