    Display cuts out every 5 seconds, screen is grainy, coming out of instant on


    I'm running the latest September release build. Occasionally coming out of standby I am hit with this annoying bug where the console loses sync with the display and emits a blank grainy screen every 5 seconds. The only way to resolve this is with a hard
    reboot. Please see the link below for video proof of what I'm talking about. This problem doesn't occur in power saving mode.

    having similar issues with mine. Had to reset the display settings to 480p to even see the screen, now anything over 720p cuts out and I can't see the screen the majority of the time it is on.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and see if you are continuing to experience the grainy picture.
    • If your screen is still grainy, try plugging in a different HDMI cord if possible.
    • You can also try plugging your HDMI cord into a different HDMI port in your TV.

    Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are still experiencing the grainy screen issues.

    Every ten seconds or so it cuts out to black and comes back on after 2-3 seconds ive figured out the sound goes out as well im just hearing it via the s-cable audio to my astros.

    Ahh that stinks abit :( Thanks for the response though. Jumped up 5 levels in one match anyway lol!

    Anyone having problems with sound in this game? The sound cut out half way through my second match, tried to come back on every time I died but never stayed?

    Play in 3D with original Xbox 360?

    I'm fairly sure HDMI is required to play in 3D, otherwise the 3D comes out too grainy.
