Hello Tox,

If you do not see the purchase or anything for the game you will need to request a call from support. Is it possible you purchased the game on a different account?

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

game sharing or Xbox Game Pass. When State of Decay 2 was release, it was also released on Xbox Game Pass. Have your friend check his order history and license list as well. The reason that XBF Brad A suggested to contact the
Xbox Support Team
is because they can investigate the billing section of your account. They will look into the pre-order, and discover what exactly happened with that transaction. Also, they can investigate other accounts that you own to ensure the order was placed on the

Malheureusement non je ne trouve le jeu ni dans la liste, ni dans mes historiques de commande sur mes mails. Pas de licence, pas de trace de transaction.

Par contre, mes comptes en banques peuvent sûrement l'attester.
