Disobeying Code of Conduct

I was suggested by Xbox support to post this here. Im sorry its rotated improperly. Im mad there are still people out there who still act this way so my question is besides blocking him/her, how can I make sure rhis person is dealt with for violating
Code of Conduct?

My sons account is harrycooter69 and he got a code of conduct violation can you tell me why? He has had that account for over a year.

Hi there,

for anything you want to report to the Enforcement team, you will have to use the Report tools on the console. See this link for the steps on how to report (and or Block) someone:

That is the only way to get it reported and looked into, keep in mind that an action can take quite some time.

all i did was sell a car on the auction house and i got band .... not kool ..... i did everything that the game permits .... i did not disobey code of conduct so why am i band i dont know but its really not fare ..

So unless we somehow knew to go to the little known forums, too bad for us? This is another good reason why there should be a lock reset. Especially after such a long time.

A warning is saying "you've disobeyed our Code of Conduct, here's "X" punishment, this is your one and final warning. The CoC is an agreement, not a warning. One of which maybe .01% of the population reads, just as any Terms and Conditions etc.
