    Disneyland Adventures Won’t Open


    I’m trying to play Disneyland Adventures on my Xbox One X from Game Pass but it refuses to open. It click on it and it will show me the opening image of the game but then it just crashes back to the dashboard. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple
    times and nothing has helped. I power cycle my Xbox once a day so that doesn’t help either.

    Thank you for trying that out and letting us know it may be a bug from the preview program.

    I recommend sending out a bug report to the insider team by holding down the Xbox button on the controller to pull up the power menu and you will see an option to

    Report a problem    . Go ahead and select that and you can describe the issue in detail.

    This should help with gathering data on those experiencing this issue so they can work on a fix.
    This is indeed a known issue within the current Insider update. It was listed in the revision notes from the latest Alpha Skip and Alpha releases. The best advice I'd have at this point is to sit tight and let them work on it.

    My son had to uninstall the game, Then clear local saved games and the Mac address before installing again. That fixed it. He tried just reinstalling it but that seemed to only reinstall the same issues, It wasn't until everything was uninstalled and cleared
    that it worked properly.
