    Disneyland Adventures Issues


    Hi, i hope someone can help?

    In Disneyland Adventures on the Jungle Cruise im unable to collect Mickey's and coins as im jumping to collect as my character is not in line with the items i need to collect.

    Then on Part 2 of Jungle Cruise i get so far through and the game just freezes at the same point everytime.

    Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling few times including starting fresh new games.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I never saw other users on the forum complaining about this. So I believe this is not a bug.

    Would you please tell me your PC hardware? CPU, GPU, RAM and HD?

    Also, the game closes without any error message? It just closes?

    I am having the same 2 issues as well as my son is playing this game on our Windows 10 PC. Can't get the coins on the Jungle Cruise part 1 (you can jump, but never receive the items) and in Jungle Cruise Part 2 it locks the game up at the same place each
    time and crashes back to the desktop.

    As this is not an xBox but a PC, I would assume the troubleshooting would be different (but restarting the home network and unplugging the PC is not fixing either.
