Disneyland Adventures bayou game bugs (Windows 10)

Hi, I recently got Disneyland Adventures for the PC gamepass, and the bayou / pirates attraction has some game-breaking bugs. I can't continue the game without completing this attraction so I was wondering if I could get some help?

I also know many others have these issues as well.

On level 1, after the cutscene in the middle of the level, you cannot move. You can wack the gators, however you cant move the boat.

On the topic of movement, the boat moving is very jerky as opposed to how it's supposed to be (I watched some videos of other people playing it and it's so much smoother).

When you try to enter the options menu in the pause menu, it breaks the game switching to a flashing black and dark grey screen.

I've tried re-installing the game however all is the same.

Help would be very much appreciated! Thank you

We could try couple thing to try on your PC, but if the issue persists the best option will be contact game developer and ask them for further assistance:

1. Please try reinstalling your graphics card driver, if you're on the latest driver version do the opposite and install a previous driver version for your graphics

2. If the issue persists after you install another graphics driver version, try changing your whole PC screen resolution (right click on the desktop and go to display settings) and try again inside the game

3. Try changing graphical settings inside the game (lowering the resolution there, etc)

4. If none of the above works proceed doing an in-place upgrade for your system as a last resource:

If you're on Windows 11 steps are the same, you just need windows 11 ISO:

5. If you don't mind and want give the next a shot. If you're on windows 11 downgrade to windows 10 or do the opposite, if you're on Windows 10 upgrade to 11 if available

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us! If you are playing Disneyland Adventures on your Windows 10 PC, then you would not be able to share the save on an Xbox 360. The game is not listed currently as being available for the 360, just for Xbox One and PC.

Disneyland Adventures

The 360 version would be a different version than what is available now and will not track the progress between both versions, unlike playing on the PC and then on an Xbox One console.
