Disney+ Xbox One App 'Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later' w/ no error code

I've been struggling to access my Disney+ account from the Xbox One app. I was able to access my Disney+ account from other devices with no issue. Contacted Disney and they attempted to help and ended up saying it was Microsofts issue. Contacted Microsoft
and did a great job of helping clear data and performing a soft factory reset. Nothing worked. I figured I would sign in to Disney+ on my computer and changed my email to another email. IT WORKED! Definitely not a Microsoft issue. Very aggravating, so
I figured I would share what worked for me incase others are experiencing this issue too.

I have seen this issue as being quite common with Disney+ no matter the platform. Glad you found a solution!

Yes, i tryed entering the code on the website and on the console and this appears : Something went wrong

I bought a 12 month code, got charged twice and called for help on Friday, the double charge was refunded and I was given a pre paid code which when I put it in it says Something went wrong. Please try your purchase again in a few minutes. I've called support
4 times now and it is now Tuesday and I still can't redeem the code I got from Microsoft themselves nor can anyone tell me how this happened. I now have to wait ANOTHER 5-6 days for another resolution even though as far as they can tell, nothing is wrong with
my account. Extremely frustrating!!!
