I can understand the confusion. These types of apps run on a different subscription to xbox. Much like netflix you have to pay for a subscription regardless of the system you are on.

So even if you delete the app your account will still be active.

You may reach out to Disney plus support
as they will be able to better look into your subscription. If you can not remember making an account try and remember what email you might of used, like your xbox account email.

If you were using the app that means an account would have been created for this and there is only a one week free trial, not one month. If you haven't been billed yet then I wouldn't worry about it.

If you do get billed you will need to contact Disney Plus for more assistance

Its only a 7day trial clearly stated on the ad
