Disney Plus not working

I had recently got disney plus on my xbox due to my tv being pretty old and Disney plus has been working amazingly and so well until a few months ago for some reason now my disney plus doesn't work. So every time I open it all that comes up is the disneyplus logo but not lighting up and then it will just stay like that for a few minutes until exiting the app and then it just destroys my xbox where its like everything is so slow I can't open anything else but disney plus until closing the app and every-time I try to quit out of the app it won't let me and when ever I press power button to open the menu none of the tabs are their it just makes the screen a bit darker to make it seem like the tabs are there but the only thing I can do when this happens is either restart the console, turn it off or turn of my controller. Now their is another thing that happens sometimes it will say it took to long to open the app try again later and then tell me to follow these instructions and doesn't work. I've restarted my console and even deleted and reinstalled disneyplus but its still not working.
