    Disney plus issues


    Hello so the past couple days I've been trying to watch Disney on my xbox which I've done lots in the past... but for some reason I cant scroll through the home page of Disney... but when ever I launch disney and try to search or watch something it says "something went wrong please try again later: i have deleted Disney and reinstalled and also restarted my xbox and its not work ...

    any ideas how i can fix this please??

    There's currently a known issue with that app. You'll want to wait for that to clear up and then try again. http://xbox.com/status

    I understand your frustration. It is a serious problem that Disney Plus does not work on your Xbox. Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:

    Check your Internet connection. Make sure your Internet connection is working properly and there are no connectivity issues.

    You can test this by opening a web browser and loading a web page.

    Check that you have the latest version of Disney Plus. Make sure the Disney Plus app is updated to the latest version.

    You can check this by opening the app and navigating to the "About" tab.

    Restart your Xbox. Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor problems.

    Reset your Xbox's network settings. This is a drastic step, but it may fix the problem if other steps don't work. You can reset your Xbox network settings

    Disney plus issue.

    Yes the Disney plus also doesn't work for me it keeps saying that's there is smt wrong with my server but on the other devices of mine it work perfectly I even tried Uninstaller and installing it but it doesn't work

    None of this works because there's nothing wrong with the Xbox network connection. It works perfectly fine for literally every other streaming app including Hulu and ESPN. I had the trio package with ads but have cancelled and will never have Disney again as long as they just keep redundantly blaming the network connection and their customer's devices instead of taking responsibility for their issues. I've had Disney for years without issues, this is something they changed with the app to make it not work on Xbox. Many people have reported and Disney keeps ignoring and blaming the customer.

    Disney plus issue.

    I’m currently experiencing the same issue. I recently bought a new Xbox Series S and unable to play any Disney Plus content. The content plays briefly before the video stops followed shortly by the audio.

    I have other streaming apps that have no issues and I have another Xbox Series S that plays Disney Plus with no issues.
