    Disney Plus, All 4 and Films & Tv will not load.


    Apps such as Disney Plus, All 4 and the Films & Tv app will not load on my Xbox One. I have had this problem for maybe 2 months now and no Xbox or app update has come along that has fixed it. The apps will load up and show the first screen that shouldnt
    be on the screen for more than a couple seconds but they remain for minute before reuring my Xbox to the home page with the message "For some reason (app name) took too long to load. I have pressed the "Help" option numerous times but that also doesn't load
    giving me the same response. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, restarting my console, turning it off and on again at the socket, disconnecting internet connection, transferring apps to an external storage device, signing out of Xbox live
    profile. None of these things have resolved the issue. Other media apps such as YouTube and Netflix work fine. I have tried to contact Xbox support, non of the solutions given by the automated assistant worked and they do not allow live web chat or phone calls
    to resolve this type of issue which is frustrating. I would be grateful if anyone has any alternative solutions?

    at launch. The robust list includes: desktop web browsers, Android mobile devices, Android TV, Chromecast, iPads, iPhones, Apple TV, PlayStation 4, Roku players, Roku TV, and Xbox One .

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
