Unfortunately, any updates to the platform to get that working once more would be up to the developers of the game.

You might try testing those on another console and power cycling the console with them plugged in to see if maybe it is just a minor bug.

Beyond that it would be up to the developer to continue updating the game and device. You might try reaching out to the developer to see about future updates.

That was SwordofWhedon, another volunteer moderator. The comment about such services "causing issues in the future", is the exact problem you have here, a subscription that is tied to another service that is not yours.

For example, I have a rolling 02 Sim only phone contract. As part of the deal at the time, I had 6 months Disney+ which automatically renewed as part of my Sim Only contract. I couldn't cancel via Disney+. To cancel it, I had to log in to my 02 account and remove it from there. My Disney+ was tied to my Phone bill. No problem here, both the 02 account and the Disney+ accounts are both mine.

What you have here is a Xbox account that is yours, linked to an EE contract that isn't.

I'm running into the issue where I say "Hey Cortana watch Nick Jr." or "Hey Cortana watch Disney Jr" and she recognizes the speech, but just says "try Watch tv". She does recognize "Hey Cortana watch ESPN". I've tried manually changing to these through
one guide and they're both favorites.

Cortana hears us a lot better, just won't change channels sadly.
