    Disney Infinity Purchase - Transfer


    We have two consoles at home.

    My children purchased and downloaded the Disney Infinity 3.0 game on the Xbox One Console, not realizing the Infinity base they have is only for the Xbox 360 Console.

    Is there a way we can now download this purchase of the game on the Xbox 360 instead, so they can use the console and characters they have.

    Hi, you have two different way to proceed from what I can see:

    1) ask for a refund for the game here xbox_refund (you can also directly talk with the support at the
    button "contact us") and then buy the correct version of the game here xbox_360_store or
    a phisical copy of the 360 version in a shop

    2) buy the disney infinity base for the xbox one, you can find it used in some gamestop or on amazon

    You can choose whatever you prefer

    Disney Infinity requires a base for the characters. If you do not have the base you will need to purchase one. Either by purchasing the full game or purchasing a used base. The base is needed for the Disney Infinity characters.

    You can check your local video game stores to see if they have used bases for sale.

    Tried the IOS version of Disney infinity and I kinda like it. Also read up on SW Disney Infinity on Game Informer and looks really cool. May pick up the Xbox one Version of Disney infinity 2.0 to get started.
