Disney Infinity 3.0 in Taiwan market is a trap!

Taiwan Xbox one market has gold member special offer for inifinty 3.0. While 3.0 requires 2.0 to serve as core, there's NO WAY to purchase 2.0 here via both digital/physical channels! i've to complaint THIS IS A TRAP!

and the bad user experience keep getting worse

1. i tried to get refund from xbox market and the online text message customer service said because i've played this game, it can't be refund(1/6, #1320928599) hell! if you play infinity3.0 you'll know the game pops-out warning it needs 2.0 after a couple
mins of play! not at the very beginning.

2. Online customer service suggest i contact disney? that's very responsible. if you bought a decayed heinz ketchup from Costco, will you return it to Costco or heinz? fine, i can have email discussion with xbox market and disney at the same time

3. i spent hours but still can't find any xbox market email address in both taiwan and even US. i can understand making report on web basis can easily gather info (in-case someone wrote an email report w/o proper info and takes a lot of time to go back and
forth) but why do you even think there can be no email report system? why you assume issue reporter have the time to wait for slow online text chat or can make phone call directly?

please give me an direct email address, so i can have discussion with BOTH DISNEY AND XBOX MARKET in the same email,

Yes, it just has to be the same system.

I bought Disney 2.0 base and it works fine with the digital download of 3.0.

The reason 3.0 is available digitally and 2.0 wasn't

There is no email address you have to contact support in your region either by chat or phone

 

Refunds requires chat or phone call anyways

 

I have Disney Infinity 3.0 & have never had to have or been asked for Disney Infinity 2.0..

DI 3.0 will play any of the previous playsets.

Do you actually have the base & a playset?

1. i don't have any disney infinity base, playset or whatever.

2. there's no way to get a infinity base, playset at my region, and xbox put 3.0 on the market and even promote it with a sale.....

3. the region online chat sucks, they said i've play record for infinity3.0 so there's no refund.

 

It does tell you that you are getting the software only & you will need to buy the base & playsets separately.

I'd get back to support because you can't of played it if you don't have a base & playset.

 

The purchase page does state that you do require a base and playset to play the game. The base from previous versions will work with 3.0 so if you are able to find a used base to purchase online and have shipped to you then you should be good.
